How do I become a driver on Saffar?
Download the app, sign up as a driver, and submit your CNIC, license and vehicle papers. Our team verifies your profile within 24 – 48 hours and you can start offering rides.
Is my payment information safe?
All payments are processed via PCI-compliant gateways like PayFast. Saffar never stores your card details on our servers.
How are refunds handled?
Refunds typically reach your wallet within minutes. Bank-routed refunds may take 3–5 working days. See the Refund Policy for full details.
Which cities is Saffar available in?
